We’re excited to have you to a show! As with any music venue, we need to cover some house rules that will make the evening enjoyable for the musicians, you, and the rest of the folks at the show.

🚨 IMPORTANT HEALTH REMINDER

If you’re not feeling 100%, we kindly ask that you stay home—no matter what you think you may have. Your health and the well-being of others come first! ❤️ The good news: You’re welcome to transfer your tickets to a friend or family member so they can enjoy the event in your place. Thank you for looking out for our community 🙏

🍷🍪 REFRESHMENTS

Bring your favorite beverage (BYOB)! 🥂 All we ask is that you drink responsibly. Most folks also bring a dessert or appetizer to share, so feel free to add to the table if you'd like! 🧁🧀

🎟 TICKETS

We’ll have a guest list at the door, but to keep things smooth, please have your ticket email confirmation handy on your phone—just in case! 📲✨ (Because, hey, we’re human! 😉)

👶 AGE REQUIREMENTS

We welcome kids ages 6 and up with a ticket! 🎶✨ However, out of respect for the artists and audience, we kindly ask that everyone in your party be able to sit quietly throughout the show. Thank you for helping us create a great experience for all! ❤️

ARRIVAL TIME & DOORS

Please arrive only at the designated door time—we’ll be busy with pre-show setup and appreciate your understanding. 🙏 If you're arriving late, we’ll seat you at our discretion and out of respect for the performers, during an appropriate break. 🎶

🎶 HOUSE CONCERT ETIQUETTE

If this is your first house concert, here are a few guidelines to help you enjoy the show! 😊

  • No chatting during the performance — it’s hard to fully enjoy the music and talk at the same time.

  • Unless the artist says, “Everybody get up and dance!” please remain seated and enjoy the performance quietly, clapping only when the song ends. 👏

  • Bathroom breaks should be taken at the end of a song. Same goes for returning to your seat. With the artist performing acoustically so close, any movement is highly noticeable.

  • Please turn off or put away all electronic devices (phones, computers, etc.) during the performance. The sounds and screen glow can be distracting to both the performers and the audience.

  • No smoking inside — please use the designated outdoor area. 🚭

Thank you for helping us create a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone! ❤️ We look forward to seeing you -- thank you again for supporting the singer-songwriter community!

💰 🎟 REFUND POLICY

Please note,  ticket proceeds go directly to the artist(s), so we don’t sell tickets in the traditional sense. All tickets  are final and we are unable to offer refunds or credits. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member if you're unable to attend! 😊

Thank you again, we look forward to having you in our home!
